This Coffee for Singles™ and Ms. Wellness LLC special collaboration event honors Mental Health Awareness Month. We’ll begin with a guided Qi Gong session led by Wellness Coach Tanisha, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body through gentle, small, standing and seated chair movements, breathwork, and meditation.
Qi Gong is known to support stress relief, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and restore overall balance - making it the perfect way to reset.
Following the session, we’ll transition into a relaxed coffee meetup in a reserved section exclusively for our group.
This experience is intentionally designed for those who want more than just another meetup - it’s for those who value presence, energy, and meaningful interaction. Our events are never about dating or matchmaking, but is designed for single adults to simply make new friends and build their community.
