In honor of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, we are stepping into a different kind of community event and you do not want to miss this.
This Coffee for Singles™ and Ms. Wellness LLC special collaboration begins with a guided Qi Gong session led by Tanisha, designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation. (Don’t worry, we will not be on the floor. It’s standing and gentle chair movements.)
Qi Gong is known to support stress relief, reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and restore overall balance. We can all benefit from that, right?
Following the 45-minute session, we’ll transition into a relaxed coffee meetup in a reserved section exclusively for our group. Allowing time for our usual great conversation, connection, and community-building that our brand is known for.
This experience is intentionally designed for those who want more than just another meetup - it’s for those who value presence, energy, and meaningful interaction.
